Sparring Tactics for Muay Thai & Sanda( This is NOT point tournament sparring)
This is a safe, fun, learning environment not a full contact tournament.
You will get plenty of defensive & offensive techniques.
More over I want you to get a better understanding how to spar and how analyze sparring to build specific skills for full contact or self defense.
If you have it bring shin pads & gloves. If not I will have some you can use.
You do not "have to spar" during this event.
$60 per person
Bring someone new to E.P. Martial Arts and the two of you can attend for the price of one.
