What should a data integration framework for knowledge graph scientists look like?
About this Event

What should a data integration framework for knowledge graph scientists look like?In this hands-on tutorial, you will use SPARQL Anything, a system that allows querying heterogeneous resources as-if they are already knowledge graphs. SPARQL Anything supports a wide variety of file formats, from popular ones (CSV, JSON, XML, HTML, Spreadsheets) to others that are not supported by alternative solutions (Markdown, YAML, DOCx, Bibtex). Features include querying Web APIs with high flexibility, parametrised queries, and chaining multiple transformations into complex pipelines. In the session we will use PySPARQL Anything, which enables developers to inject RDF graphs into their Python RDFlib, NetworkX or pandas-powered data science processes, opening new opportunities for developing complex, data-intensive pipelines for generating and manipulating RDF data.
