What is HU?

Chanting of the word HU is a spiritual exercise that people of any background or belief can use. HU an ancient sacred name for the Creator can help bring peace calm and an expansion of awareness.

We will read an inspirational passage then chant the word HU for about twenty minutes accompanied by the sound of several thousand voices singing this beautiful mantra. As the sound fades there will be a few minutes for quiet contemplation.

Afterward everyone is welcome to share their insights feelings and experiences. This simple spiritual exercise has helped people all around the world open their hearts to the uplifting presence of Divine Love.
