Sparkling Wine with Jackie Elo
Join us for a guided tasting led by wine expert Jackie Elo as we explore seven sparkling wines from regions around the world. The class will feature a range of styles including Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, and Pet-Nat, each showcasing its region’s distinct winemaking approach.
Throughout the evening, Jackie will share insights into what makes sparkling wine unique, highlighting how production methods and regional traditions shape taste, texture, and aroma.
Whether you’re already a sparkling wine enthusiast or searching for the perfect bottle to ring in the New Year, this class is a fun and engaging way to explore the world of sparkling wine.
Charcuterie-style snacks will be provided by the Boise Co-op Deli.

About the Instructor
Jackie Elo has 20+ years of experience in the wine world. In addition to being an owner of Amphora Wine Co., Jackie is a Community Wine Educator Extraordinaire and has taught dozens of classes at the Boise Co-op.
