You will explore how you can reconnect with your inner creativity that many of us have lost during childhood, traumatic events, stressful lives, raising children, or other numerous reasons.
Over 2 days, we will discuss how we can come back to ourselves through reclaiming our identity, power, compassion, autonomy, faith, and much more. You will learn how to play, create, and release!
The methods in this class are what Dr. Melissa used to reset her life in 2021 when she was burnt out and disconnected from herself, her creative spirit, and her inner child. The method you will experience helped her begin healing herself and doing the work to align and thrive.
