Dr. Zarya Rubin, MD, is a Functional Medicine Physician, a TEDx Speaker, and a Burnout Expert. During her interactive workshop we'll be doing some exercises and interactive work to outsmart burnout so holiday madness doesn't steal our joy.

Megan Moseley, PT, is a Body-Mind Integration Therapist, a BEingness Coach, and an Authentic Leadership Consultant. She'll help you unlock your creative potential by leveraging the power of your body to rewire your nervous system into a state of BEingness. In this session, you’ll explore how embodying authentic alignment helps you “BE ME”—integrated in your Body, Emotions, Mind, and Essence. This alignment cultivates calm, clarity, connection, and creativity—essentials for thriving as a freelancer. Through practical, body-based practices, you’ll learn how to move beyond stress and overwhelm, grounding yourself in authentic alignment to fuel focus, inspiration, and resilience in both your work and life.
