The U2030 SPARK Annual Meeting, hosted by U2030, is the premier leadership event for utility professionals driving transformation at the intersection of customers, employees, and operations.

From September 28th to 30th, 2026, at Milwaukee’s vibrant Saint Kate Hotel, SPARK 2026 brings leaders together for immersive learning, bold conversations, and collaborative problem-solving in an inspiring setting.

This year’s theme—Our Hyper-Connected Futures—explores how utilities can thrive in a world where communities, technologies, and leadership are more interconnected than ever. Leaders will examine the balance of innovation and humanity, tackling opportunities across AI, analytics, IoT, workforce strategies, customer experience, and cultural transformation.

Designed through the U2030 Learning Experience Design (LXD) lens, SPARK features a dynamic mix of interactive sessions, rapid-fire panels, Ignite Talks, and gamified experiences that deliver actionable strategies, real-world stories, and meaningful connections participants can take back to their organizations.
