Join us on Thursday, October 17th for a special Wine Dinner at The Apis featuring selections from Raventós i Blanc, Can Sumoi, and Vins Pepe Raventós!
The Raventós family have been producing world-class wines on the same estate in Penedès, Spain for 21 generations. Today, the current generation of the Raventós family––Pepe Raventós––is leading the historic region of Penedès in a brave (but not-so-new) direction.
Driven by the principles of regenerative agriculture and the practice of Biodynamic farming, Pepe is crafting beautiful and unique wines that draw from the geology, the geography, and the history of Penedès in order to speak to the unique and utterly beautiful place from which these wines come.
This wine dinner will feature 5 courses from The Apis Culinary Team, with selections from Raventós, i Blanc, Can Sumoi, and Vins Pepe Raventós. All wines will be available for retail sale on the night of the event, including some very special wines from our cellar.
