I’m excited to bring my Sprint Masterclass to Spanish Springs High School on July 18, 2026.
For three hours, I’ll be breaking down the 100m, 200m, and 400m, covering sprint mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, race strategy, confidence, and the mindset that helped me become a 3x Olympic Gold Medalist.
This is a great opportunity for athletes in grades 7 through 12 who are serious about improving their speed and performance.
