Enjoy a guided tasting of three Spanish cheeses paired with three complementary  Spanish wines in this one hour class. You'll discover what a difference the milk makes, a little about how both the cheeses and the wines are created, and pick up tips on pairing cheese with wine.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
