About Spanglish
Spanglish: Recipes & Stories is Monti Carlo’s tribute to Puerto Rican cuisine, culture, and identity. The book features more than 65 recipes and stories shaped by Monti’s life between Puerto Rico and the mainland United States, blending memory, family, language, and food into one personal collection.
For this event, El Super Pan will prepare bites using recipes from Spanglish so guests can taste dishes directly inspired by the book.
