Spanda is a Sanskrit word meaning vibration, movement, or motion; pulsing, radiating energy that comes from the absolute or Supreme Consciousness.
“Spanda is the pulsation of the ecstasy of the divine consciousness.”
The day will entail the following:
- 45 minutes of gentle flow yoga
- 45 minute sound bath facilitated by two sound healers
