Spain Meets Latin America: La Paloma x Latin Food Group

The curated menu blends Spanish and Latin flavours including Prawn Ceviche with Fried Banana Plantain—a refreshing zesty and sweet dish; Traditional Yucatan Pork Stew Empanadas—savoury pastries filled with spiced pork; Roast Chicken Croquettes—crispy on the outside and tender inside; and Escalivada De La Casa with Sourdough Bread—a vibrant roasted vegetable offering.

The highlight is the Traditional Rabbit & Chicken Paella a hearty and aromatic centrepiece. The evening concludes with a Basque-style Cheesecake with passion fruit ice cream a delightful finish.
