SUPPORT YOUR VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT!
Washington Engine Company is a volunteer company within the Matawan Fire Department. What many people don’t realize is that we own and maintain our own firehouse and property. The Borough does not own our building.
Fundraisers like our Spaghetti Dinner, Christmas Tree Sales, and our famous Shortest Parade help pay for the upkeep, maintenance, and improvements to our facility, allowing us to provide a clean, comfortable environment and better quality of life for the volunteers who dedicate their time to protecting our community.
Did you know you can also rent our hall for your own birthday parties, celebrations, and private events? The same space hosting our Spaghetti Dinner is available for your next gathering!
Every meal purchased and every event booked directly supports Washington Engine Company.
Join us November 27th, enjoy a great meal, and help support your local volunteers!
