Spacious: A Breath & Sound Journey
So much of life asks us to move, respond, and hold.
This is a space where nothing is required of you.
Spacious is a gentle, guided experience designed to create room
in the body, in the mind, and in the space between.
We’ll begin with simple, accessible breathing to help you settle and arrive, followed by an immersive sound journey that may feel calming, opening, or quietly expansive.
There is nothing to force here.
No expectation to reach a certain state.
Just space to soften…
space to notice…
space to be.
This experience is for you if you’ve been:
– moving from one thing to the next without pause
– feeling full, overstimulated, or touched out
– craving rest, but not shutdown
– wanting space without pressure
You are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Expect
- Gentle, guided breath (non-intense, accessible for all)
- Immersive sound journey (including intuitive vocal tones, gentle drumming, and chimes)
- Time to rest and integrate
Who We Are
Jenna Schneider Mercado is a holistic trauma therapist, intuitive guide, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her work supports deep personal healing through nervous system awareness, intuitive insight, and emotional integration.
Anela Bird is an acupuncturist, breathwork facilitator, and integration guide. Her work weaves together body-based healing, ceremony, and intuitive practice to support grounded, embodied transformation.
Together, Jenna and Anela create spaces that are intentional, supportive, and deeply human, where you can explore your inner world, reconnect with yourself, and be met exactly where you are.
Location will be shared upon purchase of tickets. private studio near Hiclimb.

Arrival
Please arrive 10+ minutes early to park, get settled, and arrive comfortably in the space.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Blanket and/or pillow for support and warmth
- Comfy, cozy clothing (the studio is on the cooler side)
- Water
(Anything that helps you feel at ease)
Notes
No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is needed.
This is a spacious, supportive environment where you’re invited to move at your own pace and follow your body’s cues.
Spots are limited to keep the space intimate.
