Space Coast's 2nd Annual Hemp Fest brought to you by Florida Cannabis Action Network , will feature education, entertainment, food, vendors, and much more!
Hemp Fest 2024 will be an educational and entertaining event held in Melbourne, FL.
We are extremely excited to offer a fun and unique experience for ALL AGES with music acts, hemp education, expert panels, award winners, raffles/prizes, food trucks and local vendors!
**If serving prepared Food or Drinks please use the Food/Drink Vending form. You will NOT be accepted as a general vendor.
**Placement is on a first serve, first confirm basis. ** Spaces are not confirmed until we receive full payment. **

NO REFUNDS. If cannot attend payments will be forfeited.All vendors will be given assigned arrival times as we get closer to event day.
No sharing/subletting of the space. One business per booth.
No rosin presses, e-nails, refrigerators/freezers/mini coolers, or blowers for inflatables.
Vendors are responsible for their employees/staff/children. No underage sales.
A professional sign/banner must be displayed with your business name.
Vendors must be set up and ready to do business by 10 am and shall be open for the duration of the festival. No early departures.
Vendors who sell plants, prepackaged food, or other perishables are required to possess a Florida Department of Agriculture license.
Any establishment that manufactures, processes, packs, holds, prepares or sells hemp extract intended for human consumption is considered a hemp food establishment and is required to have a food establishment permit from the Division of Food Safety to operate in Florida.

All hemp/CBD vendors must have valid hemp permit to sell.
All hemp/CBD edible products must have a valid Hemp Food Establishment permit to sell. Nutritional Facts, serving size, allergen, including cannabinoid mg/serving must be printed on the package.
Vendors must bring adequate weights or you will be asked to take the canopy down. Stakes are not accepted. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the event without refund.
No illegal drugs or weapons are permitted.
There is no smoking allowed in the pavilion areas (Fla. Statue 386).
Service animals only please.
The State of Florida requires all vendors to have a Florida Sales Tax Certificate issued by the Department of Revenue. All vendors are required to collect and remit sales tax to the Department of Revenue.
Vendors must obtain adequate property liability insurance to cover their products, property and liability. COI is Required.
All vendors that provide a service on property must possess required liability insurance.Personal generators will NOT be permitted.
Vendors are fully responsible for the cleanliness of your area before leaving.
As a vendor you agree to be photographed or videotaped for personal or commercial use.The use of unmanned drones is not permitted at this event or venue.
Florida Cannabis Action Network is not liable for personal injury or sickness that may arise including COVID-19, or any loss, damage, theft, breakage, or destruction of merchandise on exhibit at your booth.
Any vendor(s) who do not comply with these festival operational guidelines, violating terms in this contract, may be denied selling privileges and be required to leave without compensation or refund.
Brevard Hemp Fest /Florida Cannabis Action Network reserves the right to evict or refuse service if deemed necessary.
There will be security guards, and police officers on-site at the festival.
Lost and Found will be located at the main gate.
