Space to Grow. Home School parents and children

We want to invite you to be a part of our growing space. Get your hands in the soil, learn a few things and learn alongside your children.
About this Event

Our headquarters allotment has changed a lot in two years and has inspired many other gardens including in schools and an RHS show.

We have been running after school clubs for over two years in local schools which continues to be a wonderful experience.

We want to start building an increased presence at our own garden. We have a growing space at Roots Allotments, Bowshaw Views, Jordanthorpe Parkway.

It is designed as an outdoor classroom and we have a gazebo tent on site to protext tea and snacks if the weather isn't great.

Sessions will have a variety of different activities for adults and children including some creative and artistic projects alongside the gardening.
