Holding space isn’t about saying the right words or appearing calm and spiritual. It’s about being so present in your own body that others feel safe enough to be in theirs.As facilitators, yoga teachers, and space holders, we are not here to fix, rescue, or perform. We are here to create a container where people can soften, unravel, integrate, and remember themselves.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore the deeper layers of what it truly means to hold space, learning how to remain grounded while supporting others through emotional, energetic, and somatic processes.
Together we will explore:
✨ Presence as the foundation of facilitation
✨ Energetic containment vs. enmeshment
✨ Recognizing projection and transference in real time
✨ Somatic awareness and nervous system grounding
✨ How to witness without absorbing or fixing
This workshop is designed for yoga teachers, facilitators, healers, and anyone who holds space for others and wants to deepen their embodied presence.
The intention of this workshop is to develop accessible, practical inner resources for full-spectrum space holding in your field.
True space holding is stillness AND potential.
