About this Event
Welcome to Space Grow Academy's Free STEM Discovery Mission
What if your child could learn how astronauts grow food in space?
Join us for a free hands-on STEM experience where kids ages 7–14 will explore hydroponics, space farming, environmental science, and future food innovation through fun interactive activities.
During this Discovery Mission, students will:
🌱 Build their own Mini Space Grow Pod
🚀 Discover how plants can grow without soil using hydroponics
🧪 Explore real-world science through hands-on learning
💡 Take part in a space farming innovation challenge
🌍 Learn how technology and sustainability can help shape the future of food
This beginner-friendly event is designed for curious kids who love science, nature, technology, building, and big ideas.
Families will also get an exclusive preview of Space Grow Academy's upcoming camps and STEM programs.
All materials are provided.
📍 Two age-specific sessions are available:
Ages 7–10: Junior Space Growers (1:00 PM – 2:05 PM)
Ages 11–14: Space Grow Innovators (2:35 PM – 3:45 PM)
Spots are limited due to workstation capacity.
