Světlo & Stín
Světlo a stín. Na první pohled protiklady. Ve skutečnosti dvě části jednoho celku. Pod každým světlem je stín, není stínu bez světla. Jedno není lepší než druhé. Vzájemně se nevylučují, koexistují, doplňují se, jsou spolu v neustálé interakci – a my hledáme
rovnováhu mezi nimi na cestě k naplněnému životu.
V životě, v terapii. Vytahujeme ze tmy těžkosti, stinné stránky naší osobnosti, témata skrytá v nevědomí. Žijeme v náročné době plné konfliktů a neporozumění, jsme oslepení světlem moderních technologií. Jak se potkat, když každý si malujeme život v jiných
barvách, zníme a pohybujeme se v jiném rytmu a prožíváme svá vlastní dramata? Jak se světlo a stín odrážejí v terapeutické profesi a životech našich klientů?
Posviťme si na tyto otázky se zástupci čtyř směrů kreativních terapií – arteterapie, muzikoterapie, dramaterapie a tanečně-pohybové terapie – na 6. ročníku mezinárodní
konference umělecko-kreativních terapií

Light & Shadow
Light and shadow. The opposites – at first sight. In fact, two aspects of the whole. There is a shadow under light, and no shadow without the light. One is not better than
another. They do not contradict each other; they co-exist, complement, and interact with each other – and we look for a balance between them on our way towards a
fulfilled life.
In life, in therapy. We pull troubles out of shadows, darker sides of our personality, issues hidden in the unconscious. We live in a difficult era of conflicts and lack of
understanding. We are blinded by the light of modern technologies. How can we meet each other when each of us paints our life in different colours, we sound and move in a
different rhythm, and we live our own personal drama? How do light and shadow reflect in the therapeutic profession and in the lives of our clients?
Let's explore these questions with representatives of four creative art therapy modalities – Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Drama Therapy and Dance Movement
