The AE School’s Georgia Space Grant Consortium (GSGC), along with its affiliate and partners from across Atlanta and Georgia, will host a series of STEM/STEAM engagement activities celebrating SPACE and highlighting related degrees and careers.
Due to COVID, this will be an outdoor event (with a few optional indoor talks). Reservations are required and space is limited. Wrist bands will be issued upon check-in. Participants should wear masks for optional indoor talks.
This event will feature:
- Former NASA Astronaut and GTAE alumna, Susan Kilrain
- Buzz Aldrin Cycling Pathways To Mars -Virtual Reality experience
- Guilherme Rambelli, lead VR artist/designer Buzz Aldrin Cycling Pathways
- Hands-on STEM activities and demonstrations
- Space-themed art activities
