Space Cafe #14 - Trailblazers
As a part of Asteroid Day, our next space cafe will be held at the Luxembourg National Museum of Natural History!
We welcome two extremely exciting speakers!
Our next speaker will be Luc Piguet, the CEO and Co-Founder of ClearSpace, a ground-breaking initiative based in Switzerland to clear up Space debris. ClearSpace provides in-orbit services to support institutions and commercial operators in accomplishing their space missions safely and sustainably.
Luc founded the company in 2018 with the vision to create a new space business model by shaping space sustainability. With his genuine interests in micro-electronics, he studied at HEIG-VD, at EPFL for a master of Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and at Standford University Graduate School of Business for an executive business program.
Our second speaker will be announced shortly, but will be amazing.
After at 22:00, everyone is invited to stay to participate to the "Astronomer for a night" with Gianluca Masi (we will enable attendees tovirtually control telescopes in Manciano (Tuscany). This unique experience will allow participants to explore the
night sky in real-time under the guidance of a renowned astronomer.
