SPACE 55 KICKS OFF ITS 20TH SEASON WITH MUSE FEST!MUSE FEST: THE INSPIRATION GAMES is a theatre festival for over-stimulated but under-connected Phoenix-area creatives seeking a boost of inspiration and human connection in a digital, distracted world.
WEEKEND 1 (Friday/Saturday): The return of Space 55's classic A BITCH IN TIME: 9 MUSES! 9 women perform original works inspired by the 9 Greek muses.
WEEKEND 2: (Friday/Saturday): THE 9 AMUSED! 9 men will perform original works inspired by the performances from 9 MUSES and written over 7 days.
SUNDAYS (Both weekends): MUSINGS! Inspired audience members join in a community showcase built by the audience itself in just one week. On Sunday, November 9, showrunner Kim Porter will helm a 3-hour writing workshop for community members that will culminate in an all-audience inspired 7 MINUTES IN 7 DAYS on Sunday, November 16!
With live shows, creative writing sessions, inspirational games, and laurel wreaths for our winners, this festival is a celebration of making art together.
Tickets: $20 for any single event! $35 for any two! $45 for the FESTIVAL PASS, granting you access to all performances and workshops throughout the run!
