Our second evening of our luxurious SPA yoga and live music is on the schedule for Sunday October 6th, at 4:30pm. Stephanie will take you through the deeply relaxing flow, while Freddie accompanies with live music.This slow-flow, floor-based class takes you through a relaxing sequence, paired with a 15 minute meditation in savasana, extra hands on assists, low lighting by candlelight, essential oils and more!
