It’s time to don those blue booties again! Spokane Preservation Advocates invites you to our annual Autumn Historic Home Tour, and this year we’re headed into one of Spokane’s most beloved neighborhoods—Cliff Cannon.Four distinctive homes will open their doors for a little sanctioned snooping, each one with its own story to tell:
• Karl Malmgren House — the architect’s own Craftsman home
• Richard & Jessie Nuzum House — a 1912 Tudor Revival designed by Cutter & Malmgren
• William & Anne Murgittroyd House — so freshly added to the Spokane Register this summer it hasn’t even made it onto the city’s website yet
• A midcentury gem at 1212 S Wall Street — a striking modern design that looks destined for the Register
Your ticket doesn’t just get you inside these homes—it supports preservation. Every dollar helps SPA advocate, educate, and preserve Spokane’s historic buildings, neighborhoods, and character for generations to come.
