SP TALKS returns with Cadence for an evening on resilience, mindset and the pursuit of something bigger. Join us for a 5km run before we sit down for the panel. Hosted by Mohamed Abdin, Head of Community at Cadence, expect a marathoner who ran the length of Jamaica, a coach who turned anxiety into 30 half marathons in 30 days, and a nutritionist reshaping what wellness culture looks like.
The Panel
- Leon 'Sweets' Lewis, 2:33 marathoner known as South London's Forrest Gump - ran the entire length of Jamaica over 4 days.
- Chris Hatfield, Performance Mindset Coach and Founder of Run Your Mind - completed 30 half marathons in 30 days for charity, hitting a PB on the final one.
- Olimata 'Oli' Taal, Nutritionist, PT and presenter, cofounder of Luna Collective and part of the Nike Well Collective - champions inclusivity and a healthier relationship with movement.
We’ll be serving the SP x Cadence Refuel protein bowls for dinner along with a selection of Cadence drinks to keep you hydrated!
