Join The Salad Project x Barrecore: BarreSIGNATURE & SP Matcha Launch

Start your morning with an energising BarreSIGNATURE session – Barrecore’s original and most popular class. Suitable for all abilities but guaranteed to challenge, this 50-minute class combines bodyweight resistance, light props, and high repetitions to work every major muscle group. With constantly changing choreography, your body and mind will stay engaged from start to finish.
