As we journey toward the Spring Equinox, this four-part sound bath series invites you to attune to the quiet intelligence of new beginnings. Guided by the wisdom of the seasons, we tune into the seeds of inspiration asking to be sown—then gently nurture their growth from subtle spark to embodied action.
Each bi-weekly immersion layers sound, intention, and energetic attunement to support creative emergence, clarity of vision, and aligned momentum. Through crystal sound bowls, rhythmic drumming, voice, and guided affirmations, you’ll be held in a space that supports nervous system regulation, intuitive listening, and inspired alignment.
