Hi everyone! It’s Egor here, inviting you to an amazing movie night where we’ll be watching some classic Soviet New Year films.In Ukraine, we tend to celebrate New Year more than Christmas, and these films have become a nostalgic part of the season, thanks to the influence of the USSR era.
We’ll be watching two of my favorites:
• Джентльмены Удачи (Gentlemen of Fortune, 1971)
• Операция «Ы» и другие приключения Шурика (Operation Y and Shurik’s Other Adventures, 1965)
The event is free, but we’ll have a donation box for Ukrainian animals, so any contributions are very much appreciated!
