This class is on Friday 22nd of September and starts at 5pm so we can be ready for dinner approximately around 7pm.The lesson lasts approximately 3 hours. We will be making three traditional Greek cooking recipes. Eggplant dip as an appetizer, Soutzoukakia (meatballs with rice as main and Ekmek Kataifi for dessert. At the end of the lesson you are going to sit down to dine on your wonderful creations complimented with a glass of superb Greek wine.
