About the Event:
Established in 1991, Southwest Wings is Arizona's longest-running birding festival. The 2026 festival features free seminars and bird walks, live music, a Nature Expo with wildlife exhibits, specialty vendors, 30+ half-day and full-day field trips, and a special keynote dinner event. The Sierra Vista area is known for sightings of the Elegant Trogon and up to 12 species of hummingbirds.
Some events are free to attend. Registration is available for field trips and ticketed events at swwings.org.
