Join Southwest Partnership (SWP) for an afternoon of celebration, connection, and community pride at our annual Southwest Summer Jam!
Summer Jam is a chance to bring together neighbors from across Southwest Baltimore to celebrate the people, projects, and partnerships that make our communities strong. Whether you've been involved with Southwest Partnership for years or you're stopping by for the first time, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
