Please join us for this premiere intersectional community speaker event to discuss the future of the Middle East and how we can show solidarity in Washington with Palestinian-American activists Khader El-Yateem and Khader Khalilia. The program will begin at 7:30pm and be followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
The Southwest Speaker Series will be a semi-monthly to monthly aspirational speaker event to coordinate and encourage activism, though-provoking analysis, and community growth.
This event is an interfaith, intersectional event. St. Matthew DC affirms its support for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and refugee and immigrant communities. Christian and non-Christian views will be actively explored, please come with an open-mind and a willingness to learn from varying perspectives.
