Join us for the first Southwest Little Rock Bicycle Rodeo, June 15th, 2024 from 9 am - 12 pm presented by Dee Brown Library, Recycle Bikes for Kids, and Little Rock's Parks and Recreation. Free recycled bicycles for the first 100 kids, 16 years and under, along with brand new helmets from the Arkansas Children's Hospital Safety Office. We will also have bike safety checks and helmets fittings. After receiving a bicycle, kids will learn about safety in our Mini City obstacle course, decorate their bikes, and join us toward the end of the event for a Bicycle Parade group ride (11 am)! This is a placemaking event for all ages in Southwest Little Rock with health and lifestyle vendors from the community.
Cyclists are encourage to join on the group ride at Dee Brown Library at 11 am.
