A 3DAY EXPERIENCE CELEBRATING ALL STYLES OF DANCE WHILE HIGHLIGHTING AND PAYING HOMAGE TO THE BASE OF ALL STYLES WHICH IS FOOTWORK!! THERE ARE MANY FOOTSTYLES THAT WE USE AND SEE WHILE WE DANCE AND THIS WEEKEND WILL HELP DEVELOP A BETTER SENSE OF FEELING AND UNDERSTANDING OF USING YOUR FEET!!

WE WILL HAVE WORKSHOPS FROM OUR ILLUSTROUS PANEL OF JUDGES AS WELL AS SURPRISE MASTERCLASS FROM OUR SPECIAL HONORED GUEST

WORKSHOPS

Friday. Oct 29th

TIME: 6pm - 11pm (Registration begins at 4:30)

The event begins with a BANG of a lineup of workshops for footwork styles. This serves as an opportunity for all attendees to socialize, build personal connections and most importantly LEARN a deeper knowledge of various footstyles. This encourages each dancer the chance to grow their vocabulary and understand total body movement opposed to the more common "fly in, attend event, fly out" mentality associated with typical workshops.

4:30pm - 5:30pm | Registration

5:30pm - 7:00pm | E-Solo (Lite Feet)

7:00pm - 8:30pm | Queen Gabby (Detroit Jittin)

8:30pm - 10:00pm | King Charles (Chicago Jukin/Footwork)

10:00pm - 11:30pm | Brian 'Footwork' Green (House Freestyle)

DAY 2 = BATTLE TIME!! Yes it's time to show them skills and apply some knowledge from DAY 1!!

BATTLES are self explanatory and our judges wanna SEE you do your best!! Bring that 'A' game because it is important that we as a community have an opportunity to come together, recognize home-grown talent, while also gaining inspiration from those outside of the community. REMEMBER THIS IS A COMPETITION SO KEEP YOUR SWORDS SHARP!!

If you have never been to a dance showcase held within in the A then we would HIGHLY recommend this be the event to attend with your family! (All ages welcome!)

WE'RE CLOSING OUT THIS WEEKEND WITH A BANGER!!! Courtesy of Ron the Great we will be at the LEGENDARY ICEBAR on the SOUTHSIDE!! All of us that are 18+ will be welcome to come out and close the weekend. PLEASE BRING YOUR COSTUMES BECAUSE IT IS HALLOWEEN!! Just make sure ya fit has some DRIP!! This day party is gonna be a THRILLER!!!
