Exciting news!! Bash Registration is now open for 2023! SouthernCharmzBBW Bash is celebrating our 5th year Milestone with a theme near and dear to our hearts. “Deep in the Heart of Texas”.

Early bird bash fee is $99 until July 31, 2023 due to an upload error. After the early bird ends, the bash fee will go to $145. 70% of bashers attend the day before bash. To get the most out of your bash experience it is recommended to attend September 21, 2023.

Thursday (Pre Bash Activities) Dukes and Boots - Country wear- Nothing is more country than Daisy Dukes and Western Boots.

Saloon - Roaming Room with a Western/Country Theme

Denim and Diamonds - Show off how well you can dress up your denim!

85% of rooms are booked

Bash fee will includes a BBQ dinner. (Night only passes excluded)

The available room types are Jacuzzi Suite (sold out), King Suite with Kitchen(sold out), Double Queen Suite with Kitchen(sold out), King Suite, and Double Queen Suite. Rooms are not held until you are registered.. Hotel rooms will change FAST. If you are wanting a special room type please message me to verify if it is available. All rooms are first come first serve. If you register and your room type is not available you will be given room options that are available.
