Friday March 27th is an exciting night at the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) , as we are welcoming to our stage for the very first time, Southern Smoke! Southern Smoke was one of the GTA’s most popular bands prior to COVID and will be making their triumphed return to the stage at the Linsmore for a Friday night party! Opening the evening is a great local band who have played the Linsmore a few times before, Greenwood Station! The show starts at 9pm, there will be a $10 cover charge at the door!
Southern Smoke are a 4-piece band from Western Toronto bringing rock music back to its roots with hard hitting riffs, lyrics about having a good time and an overall feel-good vibe. Known for putting on a fun and entertaining live performance, Southern Smoke are sure to drop your jaws to the floor and melt your face.
Southern Smoke have been a band for over a decade, releasing 2 EP’s over the years. Things took a pause with COVID and other life changes but the band are back together again ready to hit stages again.
For this fist show back, Southern Smoke will be performing an evening covers, filled with songs people know and love and is sure to be a good time. You will hear songs by bands such as Audioslave, Blink-182, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, Creed, Fall Out Boy, Nickelback, Wolfmother and much more!
