tender roasted pork loin, bacon jam, hot sauce braised mustard greens

southern rail signature jambalaya, creole tomato rice, andouille sausage, shrimp, smoked chicken

Dessert:

signature beignets, powdered sugar

red velvet, cream cheese frosting
