Southern Grace: A Nathalie Dupree Celebration

Join Les Dames d’Escoffier Kentucky for an evening steeped in charm, butter, and a touch of culinary mischief as we honor the late, great Nathalie Dupree — the queen of Southern cuisine and gracious hospitality.

We'll begin with a welcome reception and warm introduction to Jamie Estes, Nathalie’s longtime friend and associate, and founding president of the LDEI Kentucky Chapter. Then, roll up your sleeves and head into the kitchen alongside Jamie and Chef Katie Payne & Chef Tammy Kaufman for a hands-on culinary experience like no other. You’ll cook up some of Nathalie’s most beloved Southern recipes—then sit down and enjoy them together at a communal buffet dinner.

Whether you're a biscuit whisperer or just hoping not to burn the gravy, come for the food, stay for the fellowship, and leave with full hearts and full bellies.
