Southwest Florida representative Kristen Rath will escort you on a five-course culinary journey, each course expertly paired with a delicious Terrapin Beer. Here's the menu:
COURSE #1 (served Happy Hour style on Southern Fresh's front porch)
Roasted red pepper and mozzarella bruschetta with basil chiffonade and balsamic glaze, paired with Rec Ale LoCal IPA

Mixed green salad with goat cheese, diced tomato, sliced red onion, candied pecans, spicy croutons and warm bacon tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, served with buttered French bread and paired with Tequila BA Watermelon Gose

Pan-seared scallop with lemon butter caper sauce and roasted artichoke over shitake mushroom risotto and paired with Cryosphere IPA, a cryo-hopped IPA

Sliced filet mignon atop garlic mashed potatoes with roasted broccoli, finished with mushroom herb gravy and paired with Love is Love Hefeweizen

Chocolate banana pudding with vanilla bean whipped cream and raspberry puree, paired with Moo-Hoo Chocolate Milk Stout
