Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) is delighted to invite you to a California Centering Consortium on September 25th. The Consortium is an amazing opportunity to foster site networking, promote peer sharing and learning, build awareness of CHI institutional updates, and receive support from your dedicated Senior Centering Advisor, Stefanie Olson. Attendees will have a chance to meet Victoria Vacaro, Vice President of Innovation.

The Consortium will take place from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM and will include time for socializing, CHI organizational updates, Q&A sessions, implementation and facilitation troubleshooting subgroups, and the opportunities to learn more about California statewide initiatives. Lunch will be provided, if you have any dietary restrictions please disclose them in the registration portion.
