Join us for the first annual Hot Springs Gravel Gauntlet! Event Details:
Date and Time: April 6th, 2024, starting at 9 am.
Location: Hot Springs Resort and Spa, Downtown Hot Springs, NC.
Courses:
60-Mile Long Course: For the seasoned gravel warriors, this challenging route will test your endurance and skill as you traverse through the picturesque landscapes surrounding Hot Springs.
30-Mile Short Course: Ideal for those seeking a balance between challenge and enjoyment, this intermediate course promises a thrilling ride with breathtaking views.
13-Mile Fun Course: Perfect for beginners or those looking for a leisurely ride, this course offers a taste of gravel cycling with a shorter distance while still delivering a memorable experience.
Why Hot Springs?
Hot Springs, nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, provides a scenic and serene setting for a gravel cycling adventure. Cyclists will have the opportunity to soak in the natural beauty of the area, with the French Broad River flowing nearby and the soothing atmosphere of the historic Hot Springs Resort and Spa.
Post-Ride Celebration:
After conquering the gravel gauntlet, participants can unwind and celebrate their achievements at the post-ride gathering with free lunch and drinks. Enjoy the company of fellow cyclists and soak in the rejuvenating hot springs to soothe those muscles.
Camping:
This is an event for the whole weekend! Bring the family and stay at the Hot Springs Resort and Spa. They offer tent camping, RV sites and cabins. Walk downtown for some dinner on Friday night!
