Dr. Thomas Rumph holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Florida A&M University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He retired after practicing dentistry in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for more than 42 years.
While a dentist, and since retiring, Dr. Rumph has acquired 42 real estate units. Dr. Rumph's portfolio ranges from single family homes to multiunit properties and strip malls. He will share two case studies, which he calls “real estate stories”: one involving a straightforward transaction and another involving an especially challenging one.
