This month we are excited to have Ben Kall joining us as our speaker. Ben is a member of the mastermind group that changed my life, the Action Academy. He has mentored me on how to underwrite, complete due diligence and always offered help with any of the challenges I had at my storage facility. I am excited to have Ben joining us all the way from Minnesota.
Ben’s bio:
Ben Kall went from coaching to cashflow through real estate investing. After realizing that the life of a professional college football coach would mean he would never see his family, Ben decided that this path was no longer for him.
Newly married and with $6,023 to his name, Ben packed up his life into a U-Haul and moved with his wife into his parent’s basement. Ben started as a real estate agent for RE/MAX Results and has been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame with $200+ million sold over the past 5 years.
Ben is a co-founder of Legacy Investment Group, a real estate investment firm located in Rochester, MN, that invests in multifamily, self-storage, and triple net properties in the US Midwest. The mission of LIG is to have extreme alignment with their investors, meaning the partners personally invest in each property and there are no partnership level fees on any deal
Ben has grown LIG to have $70+ million under management. He is also an owner of Legacy Storage, which operates 1800+ units across multiple facilities. Ben earned his B.S. and M.S. from Kansas State University. Ben lives in MN with his wife Mikaela and their dog, Ozzy.
