Please join us in welcoming our speaker for June— Justin M. Huggins, a Chattanooga native whose career sits squarely at the intersection of law, real estate, and community impact.
Justin holds dual degrees in Political Science and Sociology from UTC and earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, graduating at the top of his class in 2026. He currently practices counsel at Meyer & Burnett PLLC, focusing on real estate and business transactions.
On the investing side, Justin started house hacking a duplex back in 2015 and never looked back. He built and sold two wholesaling and rental companies before launching Huggins Homes LLC in 2019 — a marketing, consulting, and wholesaling operation. Today he manages a rental portfolio of 50+ properties and is also active as a private money lender.
Beyond business, Justin gives back through organizations including the Freemasons, the Chattanooga Scottish Rite Foundation, Autism Aid and Assistance for Tennessee, and the Knight Templar Eye Foundation, which funds neuroblastoma research for children. He also served on the board of Legal Aid of East Tennessee for a decade.
When he's not closing deals or in the courtroom, you'll find him with his wife Megan — who runs their title company, Key Title and Escrow, and is finishing her doctorate at the University of Alabama — their daughter Millie, and Charlie, their one-eyed golden retriever.
