Fred has spent nearly a decade in the industry and is the Founder of Enjoy Unique Stays and Vacation Rental Contractors, companies dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences. Through innovative projects like Treetop Dream Escapes, Fred and his team design purpose-built communities that allow people to step away from the ordinary and reconnect with the people and places that matter most.
Since 2019, Fred and his team have grown their portfolio from 0 to 165 vacation rental units, with a goal of reaching 210 units, including 88 owner-operated listings. The portfolio currently represents $65 million in assets under management, with projections to grow to $80 million.
Their operations span across multiple states including Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and Michigan, continuing to expand unique stay experiences across the country.
Fred’s mission is simple but powerful: to help people escape the routine of everyday life, build meaningful connections, and create memories that last a lifetime.
Outside of work, Fred enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and six children, whether traveling or enjoying the beautiful mountains around Saluda, North Carolina.
