South Wales Autistic Women October Walk Around Roath Park

A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women to walk around Roath Lake and its parks.
Meet at 11am by the Terra Nova Cafe in Roath Park. An informal relaxed walk around the park followed by a cuppa in the cafe.
Mostly tarmac footpaths some slightly rougher tracks in places.
Car parking around the park. On public transport route. Bring some cash for the cafe.
What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.
Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
Dogs on short leads welcome on this walk.
