About this Event

Looking for your first job, flexible part-time work, or your next career move? The South LA Job Fair is for you!

Hosted by the Office of Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson in partnership with VVCDC and Crenshaw Christian Center, this FREE event connects South LA residents with employers who are hiring now, plus resource providers ready to help you get job-ready.

Our last job fair in June drew 1,291 community members, and more than 10 residents landed jobs. This time, we're bringing up to 50 employers and resource providers under one roof.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND

• First Jobs: entry-level opportunities for young people and anyone starting out

• Part-Time & Seasonal: flexible work, including holiday hiring

• Careers: full-time jobs in government, utilities, healthcare, skilled trades, and more

• Job Resources: resume help, career services, and support from local WorkSource centers

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

• Free food

• Kids' area, so parents can focus on meeting employers

• Live DJ
