This event will provide information, resources and interactive activities for people of all ages.Stop by The Food Bank of South Jersey’s Health and Wellness table and discover all of the FREE cooking and nutrition classes that we offer. You will have the opportunity to try Senegalese Stew which a featured recipe in our “A Taste of African Heritage” course. You will also receive some healthy tips and gifts to help you in the kitchen.
