About this Event
Welcome to the South Florida Interprofessional Allied Healthcare Student Collaborative!
The Interprofessional Allied Healthcare Student Social Collaboration event will unite students of rehabilitative service programs (Occupational Therapy, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist assistants, Speech-Language Pathology and SLP assistant) across South Florida for networking, community-building, and peer support. Designed to reduce isolation—particularly for those from historically underrepresented backgrounds—the event fosters belonging, inclusion, connection, and collaboration while supporting academic success, professional growth, and well-being.

Location: Nova Southeastern University- Terry Building (Morris Auditorium)
Student Entry: Non-perishable food items
Don't miss out on this chance to mingle with future colleagues and make new friends. Participants will have opportunities to build professional connections, exchange strategies for success, and strengthen resilience throughout their academic journey. In addition, one student will receive a scholarship and the canned food drive will further promote community engagement while fostering leadership and service values.
